FISHERY MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED
RULES
ALL FISHERIES

  1. BARBLESS HOOKS ONLY
  2. Fish only from prepared swims
  3. One person per swim unless the other person is a junior
  4. No radios
  5. No dogs
  6. Do not damage swims or vegetation
  7. No camping or fires
  8. No tins (e.g. sweetcorn) or other disposable  containers to be taken to swims
  9. No vehicle to enter any FMS venue without a current membership sticker on view
  10. No fish to be removed or introduced
  11. Juniors must be accompanied by an adult and fish in the same or nearest swim
  12. No carp OVER 5lb to be kept in keep nets.  This rule applies for pleasure fishing only.
  13. Absolutely no litter to be left at any fishery.  This is a banning offence.
  14. Park in marked parking areas at all fisheries
  15. No fishing guests will be allowed at any fishery
  16. Water bailiffs have total authority to enforce rules on all FMS waters
  17. Only two rods may be used at any fishery (even if you have more than one rod licence)
  18. Carp  anglers and anyone ledgering must have an unhooking mat
  19. No carp sacks
  20. Night fishing is only allowed at Bosmere and Thwaite venues
  21. Carp anglers: 
    No bent hooks

    No nuts of any description
    No harmful rigs
    Always use unhooking mats
  22. MATCHES ONLY 2 keep nets to be used (DISTRIBUTE WEIGHTS EVENLY)
    No floating baits WHATSOEVER
    No floating pole or pole tapping
    No fixed or semi fixed lead or feeder rigs. i.e. feeder or bomb must be free running from stop to rod tip. 
    There MUST NOT be any obstruction between the two.
