The clip down booms on this two hook paternoster give a virtually tangle free rig that is also excellent for distance
casting - for use from the beach and ideal for estuary fishing!
Sinker not included.
To Make this Rig
For the rig body, you will need;
2 x Link Clips
6 x Mini-Crimps
6 x 3mm Beads
4 x SRT Springs
1 x ABC Link Clip
1 x 100mm Clip Down Boom
1 x 100mm Clip Down Boom
with bait clip
1 x approx. 1130mm length 60lb
main line (for 830mm body)
You will also need;
2 x 250mm snood
The Rig Body
1. Attach the bait clip to the ABC Link Clip, tie the clip onto your line and thread on the rest of the components in this order;

2. Tie on the top Link Clip, ensuringthe main line is at 830mm.
3. Hang the rig from a peg, attach a sinker and locate the ABC clip in the slider
4. Clip the lower snood onto the lower boom and locate the hook in the bait clip.
5. Hold the sinker down firmly and, with a pair of pliers, push the crimp that is under the lower spring assembly up the main line until the spring is fully compressed and secure it.
6. Let go of the sinker whilst ensuring the hook remains in the bait clip, which will allow the spring to slightly de-compress. Allow the top bead to rest on the boom and without compressing the spring further, secure the top crimp immediately above
the bead (This will ensure enough pressure on the boom to hold it out.)
7. Repeat steps 4, 5 & 6 for the remaining snood, using the bait clips on the lower boom.
